Group 1 WSD Internal (District Staff and School Groups)
Group 2 District Partners (PTOs, PTAs, Boosters, etc.)
Group 3 Government entities (with contract with District)
Group 4 A Non-profit organizations (Practice/Game/Rehearsal)
Group 4 B Non-profit organizations (Tournament/Performance)
Group 5 A Commercial Groups (Practice/Game/Rehearsal) 
Group 5 B Commercial Groups (Tournament/Performance)
